Introduction to the AEM and frontend notes by Nhan.
Introduction
Who am I?
Nhan — developer in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Self-taught, continuous learner. I dig into complex web tech, especially enterprise systems. Outside of work, I write code, contribute to open source, and build small tools.
I do these things because I like coding — that's it. 💘
Practical notes from real AEM projects and frontend work:
- AEM (Adobe Experience Manager): OSGi, JCR, Sling, HTL, Content Fragments, Replication, Dispatcher — the stuff you actually need day-to-day.
- Frontend: Vue.js, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript — mostly in the context of AEM component development.
- Java: Streams, testing, Sling Models, JUnit — the backend side of AEM work.
- Spring Boot: REST APIs, Spring Data, Spring Security — for building microservices and backend systems.
- AI & ML: NLP Research, Prompt engineering, LLMs, and practical applications of AI in software development.
- DevOps & Tools: Docker, Linux, CI/CD, IDE, FOSS, debugging tricks.
Everything here comes from reading docs, hitting bugs, asking AI, and synthesizing it in my own way. Not copy-paste from official docs — practical knowledge with context.

Thanks to Luca Nerlich 👑 — his AEM blog was a major inspiration for structuring the AEM content here.
Also thanks to Developer Community, StackOverflow, and the many open-source contributors whose work I reference here.
